Hello — I’m really glad you’re here.
Let me introduce myself.
My journey into marriage and family therapy began with heartbreak.
Growing up, I thought I had a happy home —
until my parents' divorce turned my world upside down.
One day my father was there.
The next, he was gone.
I was left confused.
Grieving.
Searching for answers.
That experience shaped everything.
It taught me something I now know to be true:
Relationships don’t have to deteriorate and end this way.
With the right skills —
the ability to self-regulate,
manage conflict,
communicate with compassion,
and truly understand each other —
So many relationships can not only survive…
They can thrive.
Today…
With 20+ years of experience and a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, I specialize in working with couples (ages 40–55) who’ve lost trust or lost the zest in their relationship.
My clients are typically:
